You will work alongside care teams to improve outcomes, promote person-cententred support and help reduce restrictive practices. Main Responsibilities Support the development and review of Positive Behaviour Support Plans. Assist with Functional Behaviour Assessments. Provide guidance, coaching and practical support to care teams. Deliver training and encourage reflective practice. Work closely with families, colleagues and external professionals. Help services improve quality-of-life outcomes for the people they support. Ensure practice follows current legislation, guidance and organisational procedures. Essential Requirements A recognised Positive Behaviour Support qualification. At least one year of experience in a PBS Practitioner, PBS Coach or similar role.
