Job Purpose: Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Payroll / Finance Administrator is responsible for managing employee pay and supporting financial operations within an organisation. The role combines payroll processing with broader finance and administrative duties Key Responsibilities Calculate wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions Check and monitor commission calculations Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time Manage overtime, sick pay, and holiday pay with assistance of HR Department.
