Cambridge DescriptionPayroll Transformation (Workday) Reporting into the transformation leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring payroll processes, controls, and technology solutions are operating effectively following multiple Workday implementations.You will work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, Technology, and third-party providers to identify opportunities for process optimisation, improve data quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities will include:Leading payroll transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Assessing current payroll processes and designing future-state solutions.Supporting the optimisation of multiple implemented Workday modules.Driving payroll process standardisation across a large, multi-site workforce.Managing payroll-related systems enhancements, testing, and releases.Identifying and resolving process inefficiencies and control gaps.Partnering with HRIS, ..... full job details .....
