Payroll Team Leader Location: Oakham (Hybrid Working)Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + BenefitsContract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeMacildowie are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Team Leader on behalf of a well-established professional services business based in Oakham.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of a busy payroll function, lead a small team and play a key role in driving service improvements.The successful candidate will combine strong technical payroll knowledge with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to leadership and process improvement.The OpportunityAs Payroll Team Leader, you will oversee the delivery of payroll services across a varied client portfolio whilst managing and developing a small payroll team.This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to influence processes, strengthen client relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of the payroll function.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll OperationsManage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple payrolls.Ensure payrolls are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.Oversee statutory payments, deductions and year-end payroll activities.Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.Support payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements.Coordinate P11D and PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) activities where required.Team LeadershipLead, coach and support payroll team members.Allocate workloads ..... full job details .....
