You will tackle complex pay structures unique to the healthcare sector and ensure compliance across the board. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Mentorship: Lead, support, and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.High-Volume Processing: Oversee the end-to-end processing of a large-scale, fast-paced payroll.Complex Compliance: Manage complex payroll elements including healthcare shift differentials, enhancements, overtime, bank staff, and varying pension schemes (e.g., NHS or private).Process Improvement: Streamline payroll workflows to support business scaling and system upgrades.Query Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for complex pay queries, ensuring swift and empathetic resolution for our frontline healthcare staff.
