Description Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. Maintain and update payroll records. Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate reporting. Manage deductions, benefits, and adjustments within payroll systems. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports as required. Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and implement them as needed. Profile A successful Payroll Specialist should have: Previous experience in payroll processing within a professional setting. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant regulations.
