Payroll Specialist Telford Permanent 35,000 Seymour John are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing organisation based in Telford who are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of a busy payroll function, working collaboratively across HR and Finance. The Role You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Full end-to-end payroll processing including salary, overtime, sickness, and deductions Maintaining payroll systems and ensuring data accuracy across multiple platforms Producing and distributing payroll documentation including P45s, P60s and P11Ds Managing payroll records, reporting, and documentation Processing new starters and leavers including pro-rata calculations Managing holiday calculations and records for both hourly and salaried employees Administering pension schemes including auto-enrolment and contributions Handling payroll queries in a professional and timely manner Ensuring compliance with HMRC legislation and payroll regulations Supporting audits and maintaining payroll compliance documentation Liaising closely with internal teams including HR and Finance Managing agency timesheets and associated administration Supporting wider administrative duties linked to payroll and employee benefits ..... full job details .....
