Payroll Specialist Telford Permanent £35,000Seymour John are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing organisation based in Telford who are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of a busy payroll function, working collaboratively across HR and Finance.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Full end-to-end payroll processing including salary, overtime, sickness, and deductionsMaintaining payroll systems and ensuring data accuracy across multiple platformsProducing and distributing payroll documentation including P45s, P60s and P11DsManaging payroll records, reporting, and documentationProcessing new starters and leavers including pro-rata calculationsManaging holiday calculations and records for both hourly and salaried employeesAdministering pension schemes including auto-enrolment and contributionsHandling payroll queries in a professional and timely mannerEnsuring compliance with HMRC legislation and payroll regulationsSupporting audits and maintaining payroll compliance documentationLiaising closely with internal teams including HR and FinanceManaging agency timesheets and associated administrationSupporting wider administrative duties linked to payroll and employee benefitsAbout YouStrong ..... full job details .....
