Payroll Specialist

This is a hands-on, standalone payroll position where you''ll take ownership of the mid-month payroll for around 630 colleagues, working closely with the Payroll Manager, People Team, Finance and external payroll partners. You''ll be the go-to person for payroll queries, calculations, pensions, legislative changes, TUPE and out-of-cycle payments, while also having the freedom to improve processes, strengthen controls and get involved in wider payroll projects. It''s particularly suited to someone who has built solid end-to-end payroll experience and is now looking for more responsibility and autonomy - without stepping into a rigid or overly corporate environment.
