We''re partnering with a growing organisation seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering a seamless payroll service across the business. What You''ll Be Doing Managing the full payroll cycle from new starters through to payroll completion and payment. Processing statutory payments, pensions, RTI submissions, tax code changes and payroll documentation. Preparing payroll journals, accruals and reconciliations. Working closely with HR to maintain accurate employee data. Acting as a key contact for payroll, pay, deduction and pension queries. Liaising with HMRC, pension providers and other external stakeholders. Producing payroll reports and supporting wider finance projects. What We''re Looking For Previous experience in a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Officer or Senior Payroll position. Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pensions, National Insurance and statutory payments. Experience with RTI submissions and payroll reconciliations. Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills. CIPP qualification or equivalent payroll experience would be advantageous.
