      <description>Location: Oldbury | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Payroll Specialist (12-Week Temporary Assignment) Location: North west BirminghamSalary: £28,000 - £35,000 FTE (Pro Rata)Contract: 12-Week Temporary Assignment We are recruiting for two Payroll Specialists to support a 12-week internal payroll audit project. Key Responsibilities:  Review and audit historical payroll data. Analyse, validate and reconcile payroll records. Investigate discrepancies and support payroll compliance activities. Maintain accurate audit documentation.  About You  Previous experience working within an in-house payroll environment. Sound knowledge of UK payroll legislation and best practice. Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and reconcile payroll data. Experience supporting payroll audits, compliance checks, or data review projects. Understanding of National Minimum Wage regulations. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
