Payroll Specialist (APAC and EMEA)Salary: £40,000 to £45,000k An exclusive client of ours with a growing and expanding team and are looking for a detail-driven APAC and EMEA Payroll Specialist to manage their payroll operations across the APAC and EMEA regions. If you''re passionate about accuracy, compliance, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, this role is for you. As part of the Group, you''ll play a key role in delivering seamless payroll services, supporting employees, and driving process improvements. What You''ll Be Doing Payroll Processing and Administration Manage end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and compliance Process payments for both salaried and hourly employees Handle adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and deductions Validate calculations and resolve discrepancies Maintain secure, confidential payroll records Compliance and Reporting Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, pension contributions, and benefits deductions Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations Produce payroll reports and analytics for HR and Finance Stay informed on payroll legislation and recommend updates Employee Support Respond to payroll queries quickly and professionally Provide guidance on policies, deductions, and benefits Support onboarding regarding payroll, tax forms, and direct deposit System and Process Improvement Assist with payroll system upgrades and automation initiatives Collaborate with HR and Finance to enhance ..... full job details .....
