- Provide local subject matter expertise
- Provide strong legislation support
- Liase with senior shareholders
- Manage the interface with HMRC
- Lead end of year annual processes
- Deal with queries from individuals
- Provide pension assistance
- Not required but Irish payroll experience would be looked upon favorably
