Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Delivery: Process end-to-end, multi-frequency UK payrolls for a varied client base, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance with HMRC legislation.Workflow Coordination: Monitor schedules, manage competing deadlines, and act as a main point of contact for complex technical queries and client updates.Quality and Improvement: Review data to maintain tight quality controls, streamline manual processes, and assist with onboarding new client payrolls.Team Support: Provide practical guidance and day-to-day technical coaching to colleagues to help build team confidence.
