Main duties and responsibilities in the role:
- Work closely with our business areas to ensure payroll information is submitted accurately and on time
- Take ownership of the accurate and efficient flow of data from the business into the iTrent system
- Partner with the People teams to maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the outsourced service, regularly assessing processes to identify improvements and drive greater efficiency.
- Complete manual payroll calculations when required.
- Dealing with general payroll queries over the phone, email and in person.
