We are recruiting a Payroll Officer on behalf of a prominent, growing organisation based in Tiverton. Working alongside the Payroll Manager, you will help process monthly payrolls for approximately 700+ employees, ensuring high accuracy and smooth service delivery across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Support the end-to-end processing of monthly payrolls,
• Pensions Administration: Handle workplace pension schemes, auto-enrolment, and basic employee queries
• Data & Audits: Conduct routine payroll audits, update employee records

What We''re Looking For

• Experience: Core, hands-on experience in internal payroll processing is the primary essential requirement.
• IT Proficiency: Standard Office Tools
• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication/customer service skills
• Location & Travel: Based in Tiverton
• Flexibility: Available to start on short notice or immediately.
