This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on attention to detail, and takes pride in providing an excellent client experience.The OpportunityAs a Payroll Specialist, you will take ownership of payroll processing from start to finish while supporting clients with payroll-related queries and ensuring compliance with current legislation.Key responsibilities include:Processing weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on timeManaging payrolls from start to finish across a varied client portfolioAdministering statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP, Shared Parental Pay and Adoption PayManaging BACS deadlines to ensure timely salary paymentsMaintaining accurate payroll records, checklists and processing documentationLiaising with HMRC and other third-party providers when requiredHandling client queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely mannerEnsuring compliance with payroll legislation, pensions regulations and GDPR requirementsSupporting payroll reconciliations and reporting activitiesCollaborating ..... full job details .....
