This role will play a key part in transitioning payroll services from an in-house model to an outsourced provider, ensuring a smooth migration while maintaining payroll accuracy, compliance, and continuity throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Support the transition of payroll services to an outsourced provider. Maintain continuity of payroll operations throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate project activities, testing plans, timelines, and key milestones. Work closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and external partners. Review and improve existing payroll processes and controls. Document new payroll procedures, governance frameworks, and operating models. Support payroll data validation, reconciliation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel runs. Identify and resolve payroll-related issues and risks.
