Responsibilities

Ensuring employee wages are paid in accordance with all applicable country, local regulations, and employment contract agreements.

Ensuring employee payments and deductions are properly calculated and accurate for processing

Responsible for assigned payroll process and data accuracy, including uploading data on time

Auditing all preview payroll reports for anomalies; identifies and addresses issues within the data set.

Preparing year end payroll and benefits data

Tracking queries with external payroll provider

Providing Excel analytics and reporting, ad-hoc and scheduled.

Following and complying with all internal and external audit narratives.

Delivering excellent customer service by providing accurate and meaningful answers to employee payroll, and tax inquiries.

Collaborating with other shared service divisions.

Adhering to learning guides/Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and best practice content.

Maintaining payroll record retention for all edits and adjustments.

Qualifications

Possess previous extensive payroll experience

Preferred experience in EMEA payroll

Large platform payroll applications experience – ideally UKG Pro, activpayroll

Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS office applications

Have an analytical mindset with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility.

Have strong organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
