CMA Recruitment Group is currently supporting our Poole, Dorset client. Who is currently looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end payroll processes for a diverse workforce across multiple sites, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. What will the Payroll Specialist role involve? End-to-end payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees across weekly and monthly payroll cycles.Accurate processing and verification of timesheets, overtime, and payroll adjustments.Strong compliance knowledge, including HMRC reporting (FPS/EPS), statutory payments, and year-end payroll processes.Excellent attention to detail when maintaining employee records, tax codes, pensions, and deductions.Strong communication and collaboration skills to resolve payroll queries and work effectively with HR and Finance teams. Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Specialist vacancy: Proven experience in payroll processing with strong attention to detail.In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance standards.Excellent Excel skills and the ability to manage complex data accurately.Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.Effective communication skills, approachable and professional when engaging with colleagues at all levels.
