Key responsibilities Prepare and validate payroll data, including starters, leavers, salary changes, deductions and benefits. Check payroll calculations and investigate discrepancies. Review gross-to-net reports, payroll summaries and reconciliations. Prepare statutory reports and support payroll audits. Respond to employee and manager queries about pay and benefits.
