Payroll Specialist Location: Grosvenor House, 5 Glengall St, Belfast, BT12 5AD Salary: Starting salary Pt 32 - £25,229.10 per annum, Pt 32 - 34 (£35,321.89 - £37,313.15 pro rata) Contract: Permanent Work hours: 25 hours per week Please note we do not offer sponsorship for this role. Your new role The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of payroll across all company sites, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation, tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements. Working as part of the Finance team, the role is responsible for all payroll processing, reporting and associated controls, acting as the organisation''s payroll subject matter expert. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for maintaining payroll systems and records, managing relationships with HMRC, pension providers and external agencies, and ensuring all submissions and payments are completed accurately and within required deadlines. The role also supports continuous improvement through the development of payroll procedures, system enhancements, ensuring payroll processes remain efficient, compliant and fit for purpose.
