Solution Architect - Payroll Transformation (SAP Employee Central Payroll andamp; Employee Central) Duration: 6 months initiallyRate: £650.00 per day outside IR35 Hybrid working in South Manchester A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a Payroll Transformation Programme, a strategic initiative made up of multiple workstreams focused on improving the overall colleague experience across the organisation. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the architectural solutions required to modernise payroll processes and systems. The successful candidate will work closely with both technical teams and operational stakeholders to ensure the programme delivers against its objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide solution architecture leadership across the payroll transformation programme. Design and guide the implementation of solutions within SAP Employee Central Payroll and SAP Employee Central. Collaborate with programme teams across multiple workstreams to ensure solutions align with programme goals and enterprise architecture. Engage with both technical and operational stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Support the delivery of improvements that enhance the colleague payroll and HR experience.
