The Role and Key ResponsibilitiesEU Payroll Governance: Manage and validate end-to-end payroll cycles across various European markets, ensuring absolute compliance, strict controls, and accurate month-end financial reporting.Global Mobility and Immigration: Lead the mobility function for expatriates moving within the EU, coordinating directly with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders.Strategic Improvement: Deliver strategic input to elevate EU-level HR policies, payroll systems, and compliance tools.
