The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of payroll clients from start to finish, delivering a high-quality, accurate, and compliant service across a range of payrolls and workplace pension schemes.This role is suited to a proactive individual who can work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of payroll clients end-to-endProcessing payrolls and BACS payments accurately and on timeAdministering workplace pension schemesLiaising with HMRC on payroll mattersSetting up new payroll clients and onboarding processesCompleting advanced payroll tasks, including pension setup, PAYE scheme closures, and payroll analysisHandling payroll queries from clients, employees, and internal teamsSupporting managers with reporting and payroll-related queriesAssisting with training and development of junior payroll team membersAdditional DutiesMaintaining accurate payroll records and internal systemsHandling ad hoc queries and supporting the wider teamCompleting analysis work using Excel and WordSupporting the Payroll Manager with ..... full job details .....
