Payroll Senior

We are currently partnered with a large Chartered Accountancy who are looking for a Payroll Senior to join them on a permanent basis based out of their Ipswich office. The role can be considered on either a 3-day part time basis or 5-day full time basis. Duties:Manage the end-to-end payroll process and auto enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clientsCompleting regular training for the wider team, which could range from information about legislation to systemsPeer checking of payrollsDevelop relationships with your clients also ensuring effective communication with the wider offices, HMRC and other third-party providersStreamlining any current processes within the team/ Updating and maintaining payroll records/filesBeing the first point of contact to the team to assist and support the team in responding to queries from clients, HMRC, 3rd party providers etc. About you:Over two years'' payroll experience (experience in a bureau environment would be highly desirable)End to end Payroll processing experience including pensions, benefits and statutory paymentsMust have the ability to manually calculate a payroll High level of accuracy and attention to detail across both manual and systems based workA natural ability to coordinate, prioritise and multitask with little supervisionStrong customer focused approach, ability to handle customer queries by telephone and email They are interviewing immediately, please apply if your interested 52011OCINDPAYSThe Portfolio Group are ..... full job details .....
