The opportunityAs a Payroll Senior you will have the ability and motivation needed to:Begin to take ownership of your own portfolio with support from your managerSupport in delivering revenue and profitability targetsBegin to develop enduring client relationshipsDay to day dutiesManage the end-to-end payroll process and auto enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clientsDeal with all associated payroll processing tasks required for processing to completion of the payroll processManage client expectationsDevelop relationships with your clients also ensuring effective communication with the wider offices, HMRC and other third-party providersWorking as part of the wider team to review work produced by more junior team members and support the Payroll ManagerLeading by example in regards to attitude and processing of payrolls, so others in the team will follow suitBeing the first point of contact to the team to assist and support the team in responding to queries from clients, HMRC, 3rd party providers etc.Support in regards to legislation and system queriesCompleting regular training for the wider team, which could range from information about legislation to systemsPeer checking of payrollsStreamlining any current processes within the team/ Updating and maintaining payroll records/filesAny ad-hoc duties or projects that may be necessaryProducing and developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as neededWhat are we looking for?Over two years'' experience in payroll with ..... full job details .....
