Job Summary
Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a large organisation in Doncaster who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Senior to join their team. Working for an established business and reporting into the payroll manager you will be responsible for running payroll as well as assisting with responsibility of the team.
Key Duties/Tasks:
- Guiding and supporting the rest of the payroll team
- Full end to end monthly payroll
- Manual Calculations
- Setting up new starters and processing leavers
- Handling all pay queries
- P45''s,P60''s, P11d''s
- HMRC & RTI submissions
- Audits and reviews
- Reports, checking cross referencing
Desirable skills and attributes:
- Experienced payroll officer/administrator/specialist
- Excellent communicator
- Vlookups - need to have strong Excel skills
- High levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
- Strong legislation knowledge
