Payroll Project Lead12-18 month FTCCentral LondonHybrid working £55-62k per annumOur client is seeking an experienced Payroll Project Lead to join their busy team on a contract basisDuties include;Lead and manage multiple payroll transformation projects, including digitisation, system improvements, and process optimisationOversee and develop the Analytics Team, ensuring effective delivery and performancePlan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologyAct as the main escalation point, resolving project issues and ensuring successful outcomesSupport system configuration, testing (UAT), and implementation of payroll solutionsProduce reporting, analysis, and documentation (process maps, workflows, specifications) to support decision-makingDrive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, GDPR, and audit requirementsEngage and communicate with key stakeholders across Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external partnersYou will have;Extensive payroll expertise with strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, RTI, statutory payments, and pensionsProven project leadership experience delivering payroll transformation, system upgrades, and process improvementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsExperience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environmentSkilled in payroll system configuration, ..... full job details .....
