In this role, you''ll take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process across the UK and Europe, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. What You''ll Do:Lead the accurate and timely processing of two UK payrolls and three European payrolls.Manage and mentor a team of two Payroll Managers, ensuring high performance and service delivery standards.Ensure all payroll activities align with statutory requirements, company policies, and audit controls.Oversee payroll changes stemming from restructures, acquisitions, and system enhancements.Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll matters, maintaining effective relationships with Finance and external payroll providers.Implementing new procedures and controls to improve service delivery.Supporting HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.optimising HR systems and enhancing reporting capabilities.Providing operational expertise to managers and internal stakeholders.Collaborating with ..... full job details .....
