Job Description
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for entering payroll data into the payroll spreadsheet, including preparing manual calculations for salary changes, starters, and leavers.
You will review sickness reports from the HR System and Managers to ensure unpaid sickness is included on the payroll spreadsheet for deduction.
You will prepare monthly payroll for sign-off by the Leadership Team.
You should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be the point of contact for payroll-related queries, responding in a timely manner.
Qualifications
The role is suitable for someone who is an outstanding communicator with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, understands the importance of confidentiality, and has proven payroll experience.
