Payroll Officer
Payroll Officer - 12 month FTCFull time but will also consider part time!About the Role:We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our team and support the smooth running of payroll across our Group companies. Working closely with the Group Payroll Manager, you will help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining reliable payroll and HR data. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused and enjoys working with numbers and systems.Key Responsibilities:Support the smooth running of payroll across all Group companiesProcess overtime, pay changes and monthly payroll updatesComplete payroll accuracy checks to ensure data integrityAssist with annual pay reviewsRespond to and support employees with payroll queriesHelp with pension reporting and provider submissionsPrepare payroll data for P11D reporting and benefits calculationsMaintain accurate employee records within payroll and HR systemsCarry out regular data checks and system housekeepingSupport internal or external audits with organised recordsAssist with expense and Barclaycard claim processingSupport annual benefits renewals and manage scheme joiners/leaversHandle sensitive payroll information with care and discretionWork collaboratively with HR and Finance teams when requiredQualifications and skills:Good general education including GCSE English and Maths (Level 2 or above)Strong numeracy skills with confidence using Microsoft Excel and WordHigh attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
