Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a well established and growing business in Sheffield City Centre as they look to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their friendly and supportive finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking for a role that offers flexibility, hybrid working, and the chance to be part of a business that genuinely values its employees.The RoleReporting into the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while providing a high level of service to employees across the business.Key responsibilities will include:Processing weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finishManaging payroll queries and resolving discrepanciesMaintaining accurate employee payroll recordsProcessing statutory payments including SSP, SMP and SPPSupporting pension administration and payroll reportingEnsuring compliance with payroll legislation and company proceduresAssisting with payroll reconciliations and month-end processesAbout YouThe successful candidate will have previous payroll experience and be confident working in a fast-paced environment.You will ideally have:Previous experience within a payroll positionStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and organisational skillsA proactive and team-focused approachGood systems knowledge including ExcelWhat''s on Offer?Salary up to £28,000Hybrid working arrangementFlexible working ..... full job details .....
