Payroll Officer Permanent Full TimeReed Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a charitable organisation based in Belfast and are actively recruiting for a Payroll Officer to join their team.This opportunity is permanent, and office based and both part-time and full-time applications will be considered. The Payroll Officer will be responsible for processing salaries while ensuring accurate and timely payments and maintaining records.Key duties include:End-to-end payroll processing for salary service clients on Sage 50 payrollMaintaining accurate payroll records, including tax codes, deductions, and pensionsEnsuring compliance with HMRC regulations and filing RTI submissionsResponding to payroll queries from clients and external agenciesSupporting the Head of Finance Services with processing the employee payrollCoordinating with HR and Finance departments to ensure payroll accuracyAssisting with ad-hoc payroll-related tasks and projectsProcessing year-end payroll processes, including P60s and P11DsProviding analysis of staff costs for internal and external reportingThe Person:Applicants will have 2+ years'' experience in end-to-end payroll processingApplicants will have a strong knowledge of PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP and statutory paymentsApplicants will have the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentialityApplicants will work well as part of a teamApplicants will ideally have a working knowledge of Sage 50 PayrollGet in Touch:If you have ..... full job details .....
