Payroll Officer (Temporary - Immediate Start!)Location: North BelfastContract: Temporary Full-time Hybrid workingHourly rate: £13.68 - £16.06 per hourReed Recruitment is working with an excellent non-profit organisation based in North Belfast. They are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.The successful Payroll Officer will co-ordinate the organisations monthly and weekly payrolls as well as administrate the pension and personal health insurance schemes.Day-to-day of the role:Payroll and BenefitsEnd-to-end processing and administration of weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely payments.Preparation of statutory payroll submissions and year-end payroll reporting.Resolution of payroll, pension, and benefit-related queries.Support the ongoing development of payroll systems, processes, and compliance procedures.Pensions and Employee BenefitsAdministration and maintenance of pension and income protection schemes.Provide support and guidance on pension and benefits-related matters.Finance and ReportingMaintain accurate financial records and support the production of monthly management accounts.Oversee payroll reconciliations, cost centre analysis, and ledger postings.Assist with internal, external, and funder audits, ensuring all payroll and financial information is readily available and compliant.Required Skills and Qualifications:NVQ level 4 or above in an accountancy, finance or equivalent work experience ..... full job details .....
