This full-time, office-based position is perfect for someone with payroll experience looking to further develop their skills in a supportive and professional team.Day-to-day of the role:Process weekly payroll, including hours, overtime, and expenses.Administer starters, leavers, and contractual changes.Manage statutory payments.Maintain holiday and absence records.Prepare and submit pension contributions.Respond promptly to employee payroll queries.Produce regular payroll and absence reports.Prepare pension reports and employee communications.Assist with payroll audits and provide data as required.Respond to queries from external stakeholders, such as pension providers.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in a payroll or payroll administration role.Strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail.Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.Confident using payroll systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.A team player with a proactive and confidential approach.Willingness to learn and develop, with opportunities for further training.Benefits:28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).Workplace pension.Free onsite parking.Ongoing training and development opportunities, including payroll ..... full job details .....
