Payroll Officer

We are currently partnered with a leading, award-winning hospitality group is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join its finance team. This is an opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused payroll professional who can take ownership of accurate and timely payroll processing across a multi-sited business. Key responsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll, including salaries, deductions, tronc and statutory payments.Reconcile payroll to rotas and prepare staff cost reports.Maintain accurate payroll records and support PAYE and other reconciliations.Handle payroll queries from employees, managers, HR and external providers.Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and internal deadlines. About youEnd to end payroll administration experience with a good understanding of PAYE, NI and auto-enrolment.Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.Experience with payroll systems such as Fourth Hospitality would be desirableClear and professional communication skills. Hospitality, multi-site or tronc experience would be an advantage.
