Payroll Officer Bradford £14.60 an hour Core ResponsibilitiesData Processing: Accurately process salaries, allowances, increments, pay awards, and expenses.System Management: Use complex payroll systems-predominantly SAP-to input data, execute gross-to-net calculations, and generate reports.Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all payments adhere to HMRC legislation, audit controls, and internal conditions of service.Pension Admin: Liaise with schemes such as the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and Teachers'' Pension Scheme.Query Resolution: Advise managers and employees on payslips, conditions of service, and process overpayments or underpayments.
