Payroll Officer
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Payroll specialist who has proven Payroll experience to work within the HR team, supporting the Benefits Manager and working closely with HR on any payroll changes, processing starters / leavers, payroll queries, monthly/weekly payroll etc.Salary: up to 42K Location: Office based Mon-Fri, outskirts of Brighton. Due to location, own transport requiredPayroll Officer duties:Manage payroll payment cycleMonitor and check any payroll queries and resolve payroll errorsCalculate overtime and salary increasesManage the monthly payroll, timesheet process and payroll administrationProcess any holiday, sick and maternity payCheck and manage changes in payroll, pensions, contract changes etc.Process new starter / leaver informationAssist the HR / reward team with ongoing payroll / benefits projects Skills and experience:Proven Payroll experience working in a similar roleIdeally have used HR / Payroll systems such as HRISExcellent verbal and written communication skills. ..... full job details .....
