The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client payrolls, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with current payroll legislation. Key Responsibilities Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for multiple clients. Calculate salaries, statutory payments, deductions and pension contributions. Manage payroll changes including starters, leavers, pay increases and employee amendments. Submit payroll information to HMRC through RTI. Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company procedures. Handle client payroll queries and provide excellent customer service. Process year-end payroll activities including P60s and P11Ds where required. Reconcile payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records. Support pension administration and auto-enrolment processes. Skills and Experience Previous payroll experience, ideally within a payroll bureau environment.
