Payroll Officer

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected business based in Epsom for an experienced Payroll Professional to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years'' payroll experience who enjoys managing client payrolls, building strong relationships, and delivering an accurate, professional service. Key responsibilities: Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for a varied client portfolio Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.) Preparing payroll reports and responding to client queries Assisting with new payroll setups and supporting CIS where required Requirements: Minimum of 2 years'' payroll experience (ideally within a practice or bureau environment) Good knowledge of RTI, auto-enrolment pensions and payroll legislation Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail A professional, customer-focused approach What''s on offer: Salary of £32,000-£35,000 flex DOE Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Hybrid/flexible working options 25 days'' annual leave (plus bank holidays) Option to buy up to an extra 5 days holiday per year Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment with excellent long-term career prospects ..... full job details .....
