Your application will only be considered if you have Hospitality payroll and Tronc experience Responsibilities: Manage complete end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure all updates to salaries and tronc allocations are accurately reflected in the payroll system. Prepare, maintain, and analyse tronc-related notes and spreadsheets. Support end-of-period payroll reporting and reconciliation tasks. Process court orders and apply the appropriate deductions in compliance with legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of employee holidays and absences, ensuring proper payroll integration. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as Payroll Officer/ Assistant or similar role in hospitality. In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations and compliance standards. Essential understanding of HR policies and processes related to Payroll. Great attention to detail and able to maintain high level of accuracy in their work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient Excel skills.
