Payroll Officer Central London W1W£28,000 £35,000 per annum DOEPermanent Full-timeASAP start We are recruiting an experienced Payroll Officer to join a growing Central London accountancy firm. This position has arisen due to continued growth and would suit someone who is confident managing multiple client payrolls and understands the pace, accuracy and deadlines involved in working within an accountancy practice or similar client-focused payroll environment. You''ll take responsibility for the accurate and timely end-to-end processing of weekly, four-weekly, monthly and annual client payrolls, while providing a professional and responsive service to clients and employees. Previous experience within a chartered accountancy firm, accountancy practice, payroll bureau or similar multi-client environment would be particularly advantageous. What will you be doing? As Payroll Officer, you''ll manage payrolls from start to finish, including: Processing multiple client payrolls accurately and within agreed deadlines Maintaining employee payroll records including tax, benefits and pension information Checking and validating payroll data and investigating discrepancies Responding to payroll queries from clients and employees Processing statutory payments, PAYE, National Insurance and pension contributions Supporting auto-enrolment pensions, including NEST schemes where applicable Preparing payroll reports and obtaining client authorisation Issuing payslips through My ePay Window ..... full job details .....
