Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Payroll OfficerProficient in using SAGE softwareStrong understanding of payroll processes and regulationsExcellent numerical and analytical skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of HR policies and proceduresFamiliarity with Microsoft Office SuiteResponsibilities:
Process and manage payroll for all employees on a timely basisEnsure accurate calculation of salaries, taxes, and other deductionsMaintain employee records and update changes in salary, benefits, and taxesPrepare and distribute payslips and reports to employeesRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefitsEnsure compliance with all payroll policies and regulationsPrepare and submit payroll reports to managementCollaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee dataAssist in the preparation of annual budget and forecasts related to payrollStay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulationsOther duties as assigned by the management.If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in payroll and SAGE, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
