Payroll SupervisorHemel Hempstead on-site (1 day from home after probation) 50,000 - 55,000 + Great BenefitsOur Client, a well-established, market-leading organisation, is looking for an experienced and hands-on Payroll Supervisor to join it''s talented team based in Hemel Hempstead.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an end-to-end payroll function spanning the UK and overseas, while playing a key role in the transition to a new payroll system - Dayforce. You''ll be the subject matter expert in the room, leading the charge on implementation and embedding best practice from day one.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for the full payroll cycle across multiple territories, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery at all times. Working alongside one Payroll Administrator based in the same Hemel offices, you''ll provide leadership, direction, and day-to-day support while managing workloads, cover, and professional development.Beyond BAU, you''ll drive payroll strategy, lead on projects including pay reviews and system migration, and act as the primary escalation point for complex queries.
