Payroll Manager Ongoing Temporary Role (3-6months)Based in Brighton (hybrid working - 1 day in the office a week) £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (can be full or part time hours, min 3 days)Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join an established business in the Brighton area on an ongoing contract basis to provide support.You will oversee and take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process across multiple sites for approximately 800 employees, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing including:New starters and leaversPermanent and variable pay changesOvertime and commission paymentsSSP, maternity, paternity and shared parental leaveEmployee benefits and deductionsEnsure monthly and annual payroll deadlines are metRespond to payroll-related queries from employees and third parties in line with GDPR and data protection requirementsMaintain accurate payroll records, reports and documentationSupport payroll processes linked to employee benefit schemesLiaise with HR, Finance and external payroll providersAssist with year-end payroll reporting, including P11D and PSA processesCandidate Requirements: Previous payroll experienceStrong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance (end to end hands on experience)Committed to completing the contractAvailable at short noticeIf you feel that you would be suitable for this position then please apply ..... full job details .....
