If you''re a proactive professional seeking a rewarding role in a vibrant environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute the organisation''s monthly payroll cycle.Prepare accurate payment schedules for payroll providers to ensure timely employee net pay processing.Monitor and report monthly payroll changes to the Group Finance Director.Oversee company benefits programmes and coordinate with external providers.Produce payroll reports and provide regular updates.Administer payroll systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.Manage year-end payroll processes, including issuing P60s and P11Ds.Respond promptly to employee payroll-related inquiries.Assist management with ad-hoc projects as needed.Maintain robust internal controls to ensure payroll accuracy and security.Experience:
Experience working in a standalone Payroll position previously will be highly desirable. A good understanding of multiple payroll systems will also be an advantage.Salary and Benefits:Hybrid 2/3 days on site Reading25 days leave, birthday off, PMI, Perkbox and onsite parkingSeniority level:
