Payroll Manager Newark Area Full-time or Part-time Salary: 45,000 to 50,000 subject to experience T2M Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Payroll Manager for an ambitious and growing business based in the Newark area. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional to lead an established payroll team, taking responsibility for the accurate, compliant, and efficient delivery of the payroll function. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring payroll operations run smoothly while supporting the ongoing growth of the business. The company is open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates. The business offers hybrid working with 3 days a week required in the office. Key responsibilities as Payroll Manager; Lead, manage, and develop the payroll team, ensuring high levels of performance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time in accordance with payroll schedules. Manage pension submissions and ensure full compliance with workplace pension and auto-enrolment requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant UK payroll legislation, including HMRC regulations, tax laws, pension legislation, and employment law. Investigate and resolve complex payroll queries and issues, providing expert support to employees and internal stakeholders.
