They are currently seeking a Group Payroll Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.The successful Group Payroll Manager will provide operational leadership for the payroll function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for all employees within the organisation. This role encompasses overall responsibility for payroll governance, controls, statutory compliance, payroll systems, reporting, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day of the role:Group Payroll Management:Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll function.Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payrolls.Oversee payroll for multiple entities and manage various pay structures.Conduct appropriate reconciliations and reviews before payment.Manage payroll calendars and statutory submissions.Compliance and Governance:Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and statutory requirements.Maintain and update payroll policies and procedures.Coordinate payroll-related audits.Payroll Systems and Processes:Manage and optimise the payroll system and its interfaces.Lead system upgrades and implementation projects.Streamline processes to enhance efficiency.Financial Management and Reconciliation:Ensure thorough reconciliation of payroll with the general ..... full job details .....
