A well-established organisation on the outskirts of Bath is seeking a Payroll Manager to take ownership of payroll during an exciting period of transformation. This is a rare opportunity to lead the transition from an outsourced payroll model to a fully in-house function while supporting the implementation of a new HR and payroll system. Working closely with HR, Finance and external consultants, you will become the organisation''s payroll expert, helping to shape processes, oversee testing and ensure a successful payroll transition. Once transitioned the postholder will the be responsible for the ongoing processing of the payroll.
